Use of the site

The Site is provided to you free of charge for your personal use subject to these Terms. By using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms. All orders and purchases made on the Site will also be governed by VARAM FOODS. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Registration

To register on the Site or to use the mobile app you must be over eighteen years of age. You must ensure that the details provided by you on registration or at any time are correct and complete. Please inform us of any changes to your information by updating your personal details to ensure that our records are correct. 

Password and security

While you register to use the Site you will be asked to create a password. You must keep this password confidential and must not disclose it or share it with anyone. You will be responsible for all activities and orders that occur or are submitted under your password. If you know or suspect that someone else knows your password you should notify us by contacting Customer Services

Intellectual property

The content of the Site is protected by copyright, trademarks, database and other intellectual property rights. You may retrieve and display the content of the Site on a computer screen, store such content in electronic form on disk (but not any server or other storage device connected to a network) or print one copy of such content for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided you keep intact all and any copyright and proprietary notices. You may not otherwise reproduce, modify, copy or distribute or use for commercial purposes any of the materials or content on the Site without written permission from VARAM FOODS

Product Pricing

Product prices listed on the website and mobile apps are current and may change daily based on market rates.

VARAM FOODS reserves the right to cancel any order if a transaction is completed with an incorrect price due to a technical or human error.

All item prices on this website and in the mobile apps are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR). If your bank or card provider charges any additional fees, please contact them directly, as VARAM FOODS is not responsible for such charges.

All orders are acknowledged at the current pricing, and a receipt is provided online for you to review and confirm the applicable prices.

Some products listed on the MLT store website (www.varamfoods.co.uk) and VARAM FOODS mobile apps may have prices that vary daily. You will be charged based on the prices applicable at the time of invoicing.

Return or Replacement Policy

Our refund and return policy is valid for 2 days from the date of purchase. If more than 2 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging as received. Additionally, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase to complete the return or replacement process.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

We offer home delivery within a 5 KM radius of our store location. Orders with a total value of ₹500 or more are eligible for home delivery. Please note that any order placed for home delivery outside of our delivery area will be cancelled. We provide same-day delivery for orders placed before 6:00 PM. Orders received after 6:00 PM will be delivered the next day. After your order is received, it will be reviewed by our store manager, who will inform you promptly whether your order qualifies for free home delivery.
